During this mountain biking adventure, you will visit some of the most dramatic spots in Wild Bulgaria on two wheels. The single-track possibilities are limitless, and your mountain biking guide will show you the very best routes, taking you to some of the finest mountain biking locations in Bulgaria, from the magical and mysterious roller-coasters of the Strandja mountains, the technically testing flats of Tunja Valley, to the rocky crags of Sakar. The backdrop of incredible scenery, culture and hospitality makes this an unforgettable place for mountain biking on your family holiday.
We have experience to guide mountain bike groups in Sakar, Strandja, Rodopi, Vitosha, Strandja mountains 1500 m - 2925 m above sea level.
Groups of 2-20 mountain bikers are welcome, 6-10 hours mountain biking a day in a middle and extremely high difficulty terrain.
Tailor made mountain bike routes up to 5-20 days. We arrange the transport for you and your mountain bike.

Mountain biking in Bulgaria- An Introduction
Strandja mountains and Eastern Rhodopes While mountain biking in the Sakar/Strandja/Eastern Rhodopes Mountains you will experience their vast territories of old pinewoods. The Sakar/Strandja/Eastern Rhodopes Mountains boast some of the loveliest mountain biking woods in the country. The landscape is gentle and rounded, perfect for a mountain biking family holiday, consisting of high ridges and deep river valleys with gorges intermingling with river basins and valleys. While mountain biking here, one can also find 70 percent of the world minerals, as well as some 600 caves. Flora and fauna contain species that have become extinct in other European countries. Our mountain biking tour of the Mountains will take you even higher, to around 2,000 m, or 6561 ft.
Most of the mileage is done on asphalt main roads, with relatively little traffic, that are well-suited for mountain biking. Along the way you can pick mushrooms and berries in the woods, as well as meeting some local inhabitants growing tobacco and potatoes, or see herds of sheep or goats coming down from the mountain at the end of the day.
